I ordered concert tickets from lastminute.com and now i'm not so sure if i can attend and wanted to hand the tickets on to a friend, so would my name be on the ticket restricting who i can give it to?

No, I've gone to many concerts with tickets that friends bought me (or I bought off of ebay). Nobody cares what the ticket says as long as the barcode is there.
