So if I want to get tickets for this show Gypsy, does it have the same cast every day of the week, or does it switch around? thanks

Same every day, unless someone is sick. Then the understudies would play that particular part.
EDIT: OK, or the "swing" would. Same general idea. The person that was supposed to be playing the part is not there, so someone else is. The main parts do NOT regulary change actors.

Actually, understudies would play the roles if there were an illness in the case of the biggest leads. Otherwise, technically, a "swing" would play the role. There's a big difference. Just ask any Broadway swing.
