Does it show paper tickets being mailed to you? If not, just show up to the airport with ID.

You need to verify if your tickets are papertickets or electronic tickets. if it's paperticket then you need to wait for the paperticket to be mailed to your address. If it's electronic ticket then no tickets will be mailed. You just need bring the printed copy of the itin together with your proff of identifications at the counter. make sure you reconfirm your itinerary by calling the airline 72 hours before departure. You need to call Alitalia for that.
