Get a cute lil box and put a spice girls pic inside, then go on the computer and print out like two pieces of paper with the date %26amp; time of the concert on it. Cut them to the size of tickets. Put them in there. And then print a pic of the place where the concert is gonna be. She should get the hint. Then let her know that the tickets havent come yet. GOOD LUCK! have fun~

Usually when concert tours are introduced it's to promote a new cd. Buy her the latest cd for the tour. Open the cd case and put one of those little cards that usually come with flowers, with a little message on it telling her of your super trip to the concert. She'll love it!
If she likes to cook you could get a few spices (any grocery store, maybe get 4) and wrap a bow round each (colored ribbon or gift string).

Put them in a small box (buy at somewhere like Hallmark); may need to pad out box with tissue paper.

Create some look-a-like tickets giving details of the concert. Make it clear on the "tickets" that the real ones will arrive after Christmas. Put "tickets" in box.

Wrap box, add bow, add gift tag.

Enjoy her surprise.

Flight tickets I need advice pleeeeeaase!!!?

All week I've been lookin up tickets and then, when I was ready to book it they go up 100 dollars!!!! I'm sooooooo BUMMED!

For all you frequest flyers, could this be because its friday now and I should wait until Monday to check again???

Please HELP me... I need some advice. FAST!!!!!!!

Flight tickets I need advice pleeeeeaase!!!?opera sheet music

Go look at the available seats for the flights you're considering. If there's not a lot, you should buy it now. If more than half the seats are available, wait until midnight on Tuesday - many airlines change their rates then, and the rest catch up on Wednesdays. At midnight, any seats that were being held and not purchased are released again.

The other thing is - if you've been looking at the same airline several times, that could jack up the price too for the possibility for supply and demand. (That's happened to me.) So, if you're going to wait to buy, DO NOT go back to that website until AT LEAST Monday.

Flight tickets I need advice pleeeeeaase!!!?shows opera theater

Don't wait! The closer you get to flight time the supply goes down and demand goes up. That is why the price went up here. Shop around as fast as you can and jump on the first good chance you have.
The ticket price most likely went up because there are fewer tickets to sell. Simple supply and demand, if you continue to wait the price will continue to climb.

As a rule of thumb, the best time to buy a plane ticket is right away. Waiting will often just cost you money. Even if an airline runs a discount special after you buy, you can call them and they will often credit you the difference.
Tickets are based on availability and advance purchase so the closer you get to your departure date it will go up in price as well as the more the plane fills up. You can certainly wait until Monday, but then you are chancing it going up more. I would say it is going to be a rare occurrence for it to go down, unless there is a "glitch" on the price increase, but I wouldn't count on that to be honest.

They used to be more apt to discount tickets last minute, but to many people waited and the airline was losing money let alone turning a profit. So the airlines are have cut the number of flights they are running to various destinations to try and ensure filling the flight as best as they can.

Good Luck to you!
Prices go up, because of higher demand and closer to travel time. Its called 'yield management'. The airlines have been practicing it for years. In laymen terms:

- book as far ahead as you comfortably can; should the price go down most airlines will refund you the difference from what they sold you before;

- sometimes it helps if you can add a Saturday night stay into your trip to keep prices low;

- compare websites like orbitz or hotwire

Don't wait till Monday - prices will likely go up, because more people are taking seats away over the weekend as they have time to book their leisure travel and you'll have less to choose from.
General rule is the longer you wait the more expensive they get, unless yo can be very flexible, try calling airlines in the morning and asking if they have any last minute availability for that day, you might get a real bargain!
Yes, you need to buy now, the longer you wait, usuallly the higher price...but, here's a great trick. Check out the airlines rules first, but most airlines guaranty the lowest price. Meaning, if you buy now and sometime before you leave the price goes down they'll give you the lower price. Now, the airlines dont do this automatically and most definately dont tell you if the prices are lowered. Check the website prices every few days and call them if they're lowered. It worked for me with US Airways (got $$ back) %26amp; for a coworker with SW (he got vouchers for future use)....but check the ailrline's website to see their rules. Good Luck!

Has anyone used Artist Arena to buy presale tickets? When will they come in the mail?

Breaking Benjamin had presale tickets being sold through Artist Arena. I absolutely hate waiting to get the tickets through the mail but that was the only option. I was just wondering if anyone else has purchased presale tickets from this site and if so, how long did it take to receive your tickets via mail? Thanks!

Help... The names on my airplane tickets are misspelled!?

Hello. I booked 3 flights to Hong Kong back in March, using my British Airways miles. We booked through BA because of a special promotion that allowed us to get 3 tickets for the price of one on Cathay Pacific. I quickly called BA, booked the tickets. During the booking process, the service agent had a thick accent, and I had a slight accent myself as well. To my horror, when I checked the tickets online, the names were mispelt. The "B" in my name was a "P", my mom's name's "X" was turned into a "S" and my dad's name was in the wrong order. I quickly called them back, they said it would be changed, in 3 weeks time. I repeated called them in 4 weeks intervals, and, well, as of now, it's still not changed, and my flight leaves in 5 days! The last service agent I talked to said the mistakes was noted on their computer, and when would go check in, the boarding passes would be printed with the right name? But she didn't sound very sure, can anyone offer some advice?

Nothing to worry about as long as it's fairly obvious it's your names. Usually if the error is small, the staff at the gate will not trouble you over it- they have a certain amount of discretion. Take with you the contact information of the BA person just in case, so that they can confirm your identity if needed. Enjoy your trip!

Help... The names on my airplane tickets are misspelled!?mr messed up opera theaterI've worried about the very same thing in the past- my last name is long and usually gets misspelled. Glad to help! Report It

if there is a problem just go to the ticket counter and they can change it up for you. same thing happened to me while i was going to atlanta
when i worked for an airline if you could tell it was a miss speelling we would let it go. Now if your name is Bob and the name on the ticket is Scott then no. you should be ok
When we flew to Mexico, they had my friend's first %26amp; middle names reversed. It was no big deal. If it's an obvious mis-spelling you'll probably be fine. And they may have fixed it in the computer, so it will all be okay.

Broadway tickets?

How early do I need to need to be at South Street Seaport and Times Square Tix booth to still get decent tickets? I will be arriving in NY on Friday afternoon for the weekend.

Broadway tickets?dream theater

TheTKTS booth doesn't have tickets for all shows - they've never sold tickets for "Wicked" for example. The people who are at the beginning of the line are going to snatch up the tickets for the better shows. You have to have a few alternatives on your list. Remember to bring cash - they don't take credit cards. If you are interested in a play that isn't a musical, there is a separate line for that and it's much, much shorter

Here are some sites with Broadway discount codes - you have to enroll, but membership is free. See if they are listing shows and prices that you are interested in - much better than standing on line and not being sure what you will be able to get tickets for. Also, consider seeing an Off-Broadway show - some of them are wonderful, the theatres are nice and they cost much less.
